1. Free Trial Period
Landify offers every new seller a complimentary 3-day free trial upon registration. During this trial, you have full access to all platform features including the premium builder and hosting.No payment is required to start your trial. The trial period is non-extendable and begins automatically when your account is created.
2. Standard Subscription Refunds
Because Landify provides a full-featured 3-day free trial, you have ample time to determine if the platform aligns with your scaling goals. As a result, we do not offer refunds on completed monthly subscription charges once you subscribe to a paid plan.
If an extreme technical error occurs on our end that entirely prevents you from using the platform during your billing cycle, our executive team will review the issue and may issue a prorated refund or platform credit.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You remain in total control of your billing. You may terminate your subscription at any moment by navigating to Dashboard > Settings > Billing and selecting "Cancel Subscription".
If you cancel mid-cycle, your storefronts will remain online and operational until the end of your current paid period. Upon expiration, the stores will be gracefully suspended. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
4. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
We view fraudulent chargebacks as a severe violation of our Terms of Service. If you believe you were wrongly charged,you must contact our support team first. Filing an unwarranted chargeback with your bank will result in immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting of your identity across our network.
5. Requesting a Review
If you believe your specific scenario warrants an exception to this policy due to extreme circumstances, please file a detailed request with our billing escalation team at billing@landify.com.
